We will renovate 50 acres every year, planting new cultivars, upgrading irrigation, drainage, and bog layout.

We will consider purchasing new properties if they become available, and only if we believe those properties will make us more efficient.

We will continually seek to improve the production of all beds by employing enhancements for people, processes, and technology.
